  • What is the age range for your indoor playground?
    Our indoor playground is designed for children aged 1 to 10 years old, with various play zones and activities tailored to different age groups.
  • Do I need to accompany my child in the playground?
    Yes, children under the age of 5 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We encourage parents to join in the fun and explore the play areas with their children.
  • Is there an entry fee for adults?
    There is no entry fee up to 2 adult accompanying their children. Additional adult will have a fee. Adults are required to supervise and engage with their children in the play areas.
  • Are socks required to play in the playground?
    Yes, for hygiene reasons, socks are required for both children and adults in the play areas. If you forget to bring socks, they are available for purchase at our facility.
  • Are there any height or weight restrictions for the play equipment?
    While most of our play equipment is suitable for children aged 1 to 10, certain areas may have specific height or weight restrictions to ensure safety. Please check with our staff for details on any restrictions.
  • Is there a time limit for play sessions?
    Generally, there is no strict time limit for day pass play sessions. However, during peak times or special events, playtime may be limited to ensure all children have an opportunity to enjoy the facilities.
  • Can we bring outside food and drinks?
    For health and safety reasons, we do not allow outside food and drinks.
  • Do you have party packages for birthdays or special events?

  • Do you charge for 1 year old?
    Our indoor playground is perfect for children aged 1 to 10 years old. Please be aware that if your little one can walk independently, an entry fee will apply. Our staff will have full discretion in determining this.
