Birthday reservation will give you two hours of private access to use our party rooms, the main play area will still be open to the public.
Hosts should arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the party to provide adequate time to check-in, review waivers for guests, and account for possible wait times.
Your party time begins at the start of your scheduled time slot, regardless of when you arrive. If you're late, you'll have less time to enjoy your party.
Due to time constraints, we cannot accommodate rooms earlier than your party time. You will have plenty of time to set up decorations while the kids are out having fun during their fun time!

NO! alcohols are NOT allowed to ensure the safety of our little ones.
You're welcome to bring your own food and drinks. However, please provide your own utensils, plates, cups, and napkins for adult guests. We ask that you keep the party room as clean as possible. If additional cleaning is required, you may be charged an extra cleaning fee.
NO! food or drinks are NOT allowed in the play area, you may only consume them inside the party room.
No, your guests cannot enter our venue before you arrive.
Unless arranged in advance, you typically cannot extend your party time, as there may be another event scheduled immediately after yours.
No, socks are not provided. Please remind your guests to bring their own, or they may need to purchase socks at our front desk. Guests without socks will not be allowed to enter the play area or party room.
Our indoor playground is perfect for children aged 1 to 10 years old. Please be aware that if your little one can walk independently, an entry fee will apply. Our staff will have full discretion in determining this.
